  2. Refund Available Situation: Permanent course access failure, system official error, account cannot be activated normally confirmed by our technical team.
  3. Non-Refundable Situation (Important)
    1. Users have watched more than 20% of purchased yoga course videos
    2. Account has been logged in and activated normally on multiple devices
    3. Refund application beyond 7-day application period
    4. Refund caused by user personal network failure, device incompatibility, personal dislike for course style
    5. Discounted promotional subscription orders, bundled preferential yoga packages
  4. Refund Process: Send order number, registered email and refund reason to wqh1998amz@outlook.com. We review application within 3-7 working days. Approved refund will be returned via original payment channel.
  5. Fraud Behavior Regulation: Malicious repeated order, malicious refund application, account sharing resale behavior will be rejected for refund directly, and account access permission will be banned permanently.
