Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all online yoga course products and paid service content purchased on the official website of Ouzel Yoga.
  • Non-refundable Situation
Online yoga courses belong to digital copyrighted virtual products. Once the course is successfully purchased, activated, opened, partially viewed or downloaded, it means that the user has obtained the corresponding service content and resource rights, and no refund will be supported.
  • Applicable Refund Situation
Users can apply for a full refund if meeting any of the following conditions within the valid application period:
    • The payment is successful, but the course service is not activated, not viewed and not used at all;
    • The platform fails to provide the corresponding course service as promised due to system failure or official service abnormality;
    • Duplicate payment or abnormal order caused by platform system error.
  • Refund Application Process
Users who meet the refund conditions can submit a refund application by contacting official customer service via email or phone. We will review the application within 1-3 working days. After the review is passed, the refund will be returned through the original payment channel. The arrival time of the funds is subject to the rules of the third-party payment platform.
  • Right of Final Interpretation
We reserve the final interpretation right of the return and refund policy. Any malicious refund, fraudulent order or improper rights protection behavior will not be accepted.
